Checking in on a Glassell Park DIY Remodel

Last February my amazing, creative, and very ambitious friends and clients purchased a cute little Mid-Century home on the border of Eagle Rock & Glassell Park that had been the victim of a cheap (lets just say shitty) flip.
They’ve been working tirelessly since on restoring/updating all of the finishes and decorating like champs (one half of this duo happens to be an interior designer by trade so that works out well!). Beyond the interior and exterior of the home itself they’ve spent a large portion of time landscaping the formerly un-useable sloped lot that was filled with weeds and trash into a gorgeous private fenced and tiered drought-tolerant patio complete with stadium seating and a gas fire pit.
