Homes of this age come in all shapes and sizes but too frequently are either in major disrepair or have been flipped cheaply with less-than-enticing updates. This one lands somewhere in the middle – I’m not thrilled that much of the wood wainscoting has been painted white (yet, it works well in this home) and that all-white kitchen addition needs a little more character BUT there are also great hardwoods, original windows and tons of built-ins on a lovely private lot with a nicely-sized flat backyard.
